Suggested Use: Mix 1 rounded scoop daily with 10-12 oz water or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. This product maybe be taken in two separate half scoop servings twice daily. Drink a lot of water. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): one third the adult dosage.
